只要您們提供地方，我們馬上為您免費建造一個充電站。項目扣除營運支出後，收入會與屋苑分賬，方便又環保。

As soon as you provide the place, we will build a charging station for you right away. After the project is deducted from operating expenses, the income will be share with the housing estate, which is convenient and environmentally friendly.

方案一 : 一次性購買安裝 One-time Purchase and Installation

提供系統規劃設計，包括 :
▪ 預算安裝充電站數量
▪ 預算安裝充電站類別
▪ 大廈可用電量
安裝費用包括 :
▪ 總掣櫃安裝電標配電裝置
▪ 單相充電器
▪ 延伸相關配置到車位標準安裝
付款模式 :
▪ 前期配電裝置由電動車車主攤分
▪ 充電器部份由個別車主負責

Provide system planning and design, including:
▪ Budget installed number of charging stations
▪ Budget installed charging station category
▪ Power capacity available
Installation costs include:
▪ installed electrical standard power distribution device
▪ Single-phase charger
▪ Extend the relevant configuration to the standard installation of the parking space
Payment mode:
▪ Power distribution equipment is shared by electric vehicle owners
▪ The charger is responsible for the individual owner.

方案二 : 月費計劃 Monthly Rental Plan

車位類別 : 私人及訪客
安裝費用 : $0
▪ 前期配電裝置及電錶
▪ 充電器及相關配置的標準安裝 (掣房至車位平均線長為: 50m)
付款模式 :
▪ 由栢衛PSI負責所有物料及安裝費用
▪ 客戶向栢衛繳付定額月費
▪ 合約期 : 3-5年
好處 :
▪ 無須承擔一筆高昂的工程費用
▪ 加設充電設施應付未來需求
▪ 栢衛提供全期合約設備維護

Parking category : Private and visitors
Installation cost : $0
▪ Pre-distribution devices and meters
▪ Standard installation of charger and related configuration (the average line length from the room to the parking space is: 50m)
Payment mode:
▪ All materials and installation costs are handled by Baiwei PSI
▪ The customer pays a fixed monthly fee to Bai Wei
▪ Contract period : 3-5 years
Benefits:
▪ No need to bear a high engineering cost
▪ Add charging facilities to meet future demand
▪ PSI provides full-term contract equipment maintenance

方案三 : 分成計劃 Benefit Sharing Plan

安裝費用 : $0
▪ 前期配電裝置及電錶
▪ 單相充電器及相關配置的標準安裝(掣房至車位平均線長: 50m)
付款模式 :
▪ 由栢衛負責所有物料及安裝費用
▪ 物業管理處與栢衛以2:8比例分享每月充電收入
▪ 合約期: 5-8年
好處 :
▪ 無須承擔一筆高昂的工程費用
▪ 加設充電設施應付未來需求
▪ 栢衛提供全期合約設備維護

Installation cost : $0
▪ Pre-distribution devices and meters
▪ Standard installation of single-phase charger and related configuration (the average line length from the room to the parking space: 50m)
Payment mode:
▪ All materials and installation costs are handled by PSI.
▪ Property Management Office and PSI share monthly charging income in a 2:8 ratio
▪ Contract period: 5-8 years

We will replace the new LED lighting for your housing estate free of charge. It is more durable than the electric shovel and can save some of the revenue from the return of electricity for engineering costs.
